Client: Manager of NW Europe Joint Venture Production, multinational oil and gas company

An increasingly evident conflict between personal values and those of the organisation within which they worked limited both performance and development opportunities. Through increased self awareness and an understanding of values and motivators the client was able to determine what they wanted to achieve and put the plans in place to make a career move that was both fulfilling and allowed them to perform at their best. The benefits of the coaching programme included greater self awareness and confidence to pursue a career that allowed them to be both authentic and high performing.

Client: Head of Client Strategy, multinational bank

Upon return to work after maternity leave the client's goal for the coaching was to build an effective relationship with her new boss. Over the course of the coaching sessions the client identified what the ideal relationship would look like, how to approach some key interactions, and how to address feedback. Towards the end of the six month engagement, her role was expanded to include sales force administration i.e. the day to day running of the sales force and brought with it a team of 5 which lead to discussions around how to lead them. The benefits of the coaching included, improved goal setting abilities, increased confidence and an ability to work more positively and proactively

Client: Director UK Purchasing, Insurance

The client was taking her department through a structural and cultural reorganisation, it was moving away from a transaction base and towards a professional service to the businesses. Coaching & facilitation was provided at individual, management team and departmental level to develop an identity for UK purchasing and manage the transition. This engagement lasted for just over one year and involved working with the Director and her management team to create a vision and set of values for the department and designing and launching a behavioural change programme. Benefits to the organisation included developing a supplier rationalisation programme to cut out costs of £40m as well as energising the department around a shared set of goals and developing new ways of working.


Client: Federal Implementation Team, US oil & Gas Company

This international team was created to manage the transition from a centralised to a federal organisation. Coaching and facilitation was provided at a one to one and team level to move through the stages of team development quickly and achieve high performance. Input was also provided around change management, process redesign and creative thinking; the engagement lasted for 8 months. The benefits included the development of effective team behaviours and team capabilities to facilitate implementation.
