I
worked with Ruth for 2 years, whilst as the UK Insights Director,
then as Global Insight Director in FMCG. Ruth helped me navigate a
series of role and responsibility changes which brought functional
and personal ambiguity. I appreciated Ruth’s ability to challenge
the stories that I held that were limiting my view of myself, as
well as her holistic acceptance of ‘outside’ work world impacting
‘work me’. Ruth’s style was very down to earth allowing good
