Ruth works as a strategic coach, enabling organisations to achieve business goals through the development of their people.

Where business goals have previously been achieved through automation, technological advancements and management efficiencies, the challenge now lies in getting the most from the people within the organisation. As people already work harder and longer than they ever have, it is only through their development that capability and potential can be released. Alignment between business goals and development can then focus effort and eliminate waste.

Ruth works with both organisations and individuals to enable change and adaptation to achieve desired outcomes, through coaching, consulting, facilitation and training. Her experience comes from a variety of roles across many different organisations both operationally and as a consultant. Ruth has recently completed her studies towards a Masters degree in Coaching and Development, her research focused on how people adapt and the role coaching can play in enabling people to adapt.

Ruth is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
